High Desert Museum will mount the exhibit, “Arts for the People”, which will make art and culture accessible to contemporary audiences by revisiting the prolific, interdisciplinary programs of the Great Depression. Drawing inspiration from historic art commissions, they have commissioned three artists to create work that responds to the state of Oregon today.
